removing mobile app

Hi

If I remove Adobe scan on my android phone will I loose all my scans?  Not sure if I chose to save to gallery right from the start (when I initially installed the app).

Hi,

 

If you delete your application from Android, make sure you save documents in the application. If the files were saved within the application, they are by default uploaded to Document Cloud.  

  1. Open Document Cloud and sign in with your Adobe ID and the password.   
  2. Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder.  
  3. Here you will see the Adobe Scan folder. Please look for your files here.  

Would you like to share why you want to delete the application? Is there anything we can help you with?

Otherwise, I would suggest you always save a copy of the file to some other location in your phone or try to save it in the application so that it can be uploaded to Document Cloud.

If you remove it then the files will be stored in document cloud.And you can access them but you can't see on the phone the files.
