Renewed premium subscription but no access to full features

I have recently moved to another country and renewed my adobe scan premium account. It appears on my profile that I'm a premium member and I have paid the charge, but I haven't got any of the features i.g. cloud storage, +50 scans.

 

I have updated the app and rebooted my phone. I have all my old scans.

 

How do I get access to all the features?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response and the experience you had with using premium features for Adobe Scan. 

 

As per the description, since you have moved to a different country, can you try logging in to the document cloud portal and check if you are able to login there and use the tools: https://www.adobe.com/documentcloud

 

If the tools work there, please try the below steps:

1. Sign out of the application

2. Reboot the device

3. Sign in again and check.

 

In case this doe not work, please let us know so that we can check further.
