Dear Adobe support team, 

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for a recent charge related to my Adobe reader subscription. 

 

My mother was using Adobe reader for scanning her documents, however she was charged without realising she had an active subscription. I assume she made an accidental purchase. 

 

I kindly request that the charge is reversed and a full refund is issued. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side to process this request.

The same thing has happened with me, kindly help.

Google play is refusing even when I placed the refund request within 1 hour.

Kindly help, this feels so heavy, I am a student and I cannot afford this.

Since Adobe Scan Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
