Yesterday I bought the free trial of 7 days instead they deducted the whole year amount. My GPA no. Is GPA.3345-2457-3158-32287 please tell me when will I receive my refund.

I did cancelled from Google Play Store but they telling me it is against our refund policy please resolve this issue . Am attaching the SS of their email.
