I scan important documents by app. Is it safe to store them in storage? If I delete them from storage, do they stay somewhere else on the servers or do they disappear completely?

Hi @Antony122321,

 

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to save the scans locally.

 

By design, the application stores all your scans to Adobe Cloud Storage until you have space in your storage quota.

 

If you want to save the files locally, you are free to do so, and a copy of the same scan will be saved to your storage. If you want to remove the internet storage scans at any point in time, the ones saved on the Cloud Storage will be safe there.
