Same issues from years ago, ".waiting to upload" this is something that that needs to be fixed on this app. Apple IPhone

Using my iPhone I scan the Document and the PDF is created. I rename the document. Then it begins to upload then says “Waiting to upload” for days or weeks. then i shut down the phone to lose the document and to start this process all over. I have logged out of my phone and as well off my PC. Nothing seems to fix this issue. I also noticed that the same issue has been going on for the past 6 years and no fix has come. Can we get a ETAS on a fix for the Adobe Scan App uploading error?

    We need some more information for a better understanding:

    • What is the version of the Adobe Scan app and the iOS you are using?
    • Do you have enough free storage on Adobe cloud storage?
    • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data when uploading?
    • Does the issue happen only with certain scans, or all scans?

    Please go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ and check the available Adobe cloud storage in the lower left corner of the page.

     

    You may also try switching to a different internet connection on your device Wifi or Mobile data and see if that helps.

    Yes I have same problem, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Is there a fix for this yet?

    Thanks for tagging me. I realised that when I switched off my WiFi and used mobile data it seems to work BUT it didn’t solve the problem completely. 
     

    It worked during the chat for the file I was trying upload (from iPhone) but after the chat, when I tried to upload another file (still without WiFi) it didn’t work straight away though eventually it did. 
     

    Coincidently I had a software update last night and when I tried to scan another file this morning while connected to WiFi it worked. So it seems back to normal.
