Save to jpg feature?

Hi!

I'm using Adobe Scan from my Android device (a Samsung Galaxy S24 with Android 14), and I've noticed that after the latest update, the option "Save as jpg" is missing. Is it possible to restore it?

The app version is 24.09.12

 Hi @nicola_9112

I hope this message finds you well, and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your issue with saving images as JPEG.

I’ve attempted to replicate the steps on my end, and I was able to successfully find the option to save the images as JPEG.

To assist us in identifying what might be going wrong on your side, could you kindly provide a short video recording of the steps you're taking, along with any error messages or issues you encounter? This will give us a clearer understanding of the problem and help us resolve it more efficiently.

In the meantime, please follow the steps below to try saving the pages as JPEG in the Adobe Scan app:

  1. Open the Adobe Scan app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Recent Scans list and tap on the PDF file you wish to convert.
  3. Once the document opens within the app, tap the three-dotted icon (located in the lower right corner).
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and look for the option ‘Save pages as JPEG’ (it’s usually the third option from the bottom).

Please give these steps a try and let us know if you encounter the same issue or if this resolves it.
