Saved Adobe scans are not showing in my app.

Hi to the adobe team. I'm facing a serious issue. I have been using adobe scan for quite a long time and i have scanned numerous documents in the app, but all of a sudden I'm unable to see my scans. Those were the most important docs of my work. I request the adobe team to look into this matter seriously and help me get all my scans back. Let me make it clear that i have been using the same ID all over the time. So kindly don't make an excuse of some useless thing. You ought to help us. A number of people are going through this issue which is serious. My email is er.jaspreetmech@gmail.com and my apple ID for adobe scan is er.jaspreetmech@icloud.com. 
i would love to hear something positive from your side.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked both the email addresses and the latest usage from your end on Adobe Scan was using the iCloud email address, while most of the usage has been done through the gmail account.

Have you checked on your Gmail address logging in to Acrobat Cloud Storage: https://adobe.ly/3zAIlcT in the Adobe Scan folder if the files are available there?
