Saving A Scan

I took a scan picture but was then unable to view it.  The PDF folder showed three files, but none had any data.

Hi Ketzle,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

As mentioned above, that you took the picture and later on it wasn't available to view. So did you save the picture by clicking on the

"Save pdf" at the top?

Unless you don't save it manually it wont do it automatically. And then you would be able to see it under the Recent/ File List

Please check the same and confirm.

When click at the scan reply " This program can't start because api-ms crt. runtime-11-1-0dillis missing from my computor , how to re-intall the program to fixed this problem

Have you tried the steps shared in the given link: Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing
