Saving PDF

I am using the Adobe Scan on my iPhone.  After scanning the document, I press "Save PDF" and receive the following message: "Unable to Upload" "The Adobe Document Cloud free storage limit has been reached."   

Though I have been using the App for a while.  I have deleted everything out of the Adobe Document Cloud.  Is it the cloud space that is limited, or the # of items I can scan?  Why can I not save/send the PDF?
