Scam app/identity theft

Hackers affiliated with Rochester NY police department used govt issued tech to alter this all and then put it on iOS to steal identities. Witnesses/victims that spoke out were subjected to intimidation by RPD officers (central section 229 patrol beat) and mental health arrest.
