I cannot activate Scan on my Samsung TabA Android 7. Each time I enter a (new) code the response is something has gone wrong, try again later. I have tried 3 different emailed codes with the same result. Can someone advise please?

Hi Chrisc,

Could you let us know if you are referring to signing into Adobe Scan application?

If yes, which option are you using to Sign in - Facebook/ Google?

Are you connected to a wifi or mobile data network?
