scan app no longer saving to iphone files

hello i have used to scan app for a year now for school during the summer i accidentally deleted the app and redownloaded it which cause the save to no longer be saving to my files and icloud how could i get it to save there again

Thank you for posting your query here. Could you help me with few details to understand your issue better?

  1. IOS version?
  2. Are you clicking on save pdf?

 

In iOS,  the pdf files are saved to Adobe Document Cloud by default. You have an option to save them as jpeg files on our device.

While files automatically save as PDF, you can also save individual pages as JPEG files to your gallery.

  1. From any file list, tap '...More' 
  2. Tap Save pages as JPEG.
  3. Every page of your scan automatically saves to your gallery in JPEG format.

My Adobe Scan app also does not allow me to Save any documents to the Adobe Document Cloud, or anywhere as far as I can tell.  After finishing the last can there does not seem to be any way to tell the app that I am finished and to upload to Document Cloud.  I am usng the latest iOS softwhere, 14.4.1
