Scan doesn't appear unless rebooting app

After scaning with mobile app the scan isn't in the library unless you restart the app.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have mentioned above the scan is not in the library, could you please confirm from where you are trying to check the scans?

Please share the exact workflow you do and the screenshot for the same. 

Also, let us know the application and OS version on the device.
