Hi @HKcrawsoncorp,

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?
  3. Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about

You can scan a document using your Adobe Scan on your ipad and it will be saved to Adobe Document Cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/). Then you can download on your PC from Document Cloud.

Let us know how it works at your end. If you have any further queries please feel free to reach out to us.

Regards

Ria

I can help you to understand, because I have the same question.

  • I scan
  • I save my pdf
  • I dont find it anywhere until I understood it is not stored in creative cloud, in sync wiht my desktop but in Document Cloud.
  • So I have several possibility:
  1. 1 share (with myself) and use save to files (didn't test it)
  2. I open my browser on my desktop, connect to document cloud and download the pdf to my desktop.
  3. I open acrobat, open the pdf and save a copy to the desktop
  • Now, what ever option I choose my scans and docs are out of sync!
  • I have to delete on document cloud to avoid redundancy.

Does the sound BS to you? Your right cause it is!

So if there is a easier why tell us and give us the link to the hidden documentation.
