Scan Quality is Not Good

Please fix the scan quality as if we scan an A4 size, it focuses only on sone areas and some are blurred. While my phone camera capture well.

@34447885 I do think it has to do with phone's camera and the way you take it. depending on your camera lenses sensors; if you are to close to the page or object, this can cause th issue. Instead, try setting the lens a little further from the subject (step back), the deeper the depth of field becomes, which means more of the document stays in focus. And then use the digital zoom (or the telephoto lens, if available) to fill the frame with the document again.

Building on the comments by Creative Explorer, I have a question about whether your device has a third-party camera app set as the default.

If this is the case, the third-party cameras can add filters to your camera by default, which can hinder the outcome of the capture.
