Scan won't save

I have been trying to save a scan since yesterday evening. The Adobe Scan app either crashes or the error message "This file does not exist" appears. How can I somehow save the scan before it just disappears (as has happened many times in the past)? I just updated the app to the newest version yesterday. I also can't delete other saved files without discarding the scan before saving it.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

This issue generally occurs if the storage quota of your account is exhausted as Adobe Scan works complete based on Adobe Cloud Storage.

 

Would you mind checking on the online portal if there is space on your account: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home

 

Also, please check if the scan app is updated to the latest version.
