Scanned doc disappeared

I am facing a weird problem where firstly I wasn't able to open the document and was shown am error depicted in attachment and later on rebooting moble document itself disappeared.


Could you please help in retrieving the documents as it was a important one.

Adobe scan saves documents on Document Cloud by default, kindly check if you are able to view your documents on https://documentcloud.adobe.com
