Scanned file disappeared

I am new to Adobe Scan. Scanned a document 144 pages long. Where editing the masks att page 70 when suddenly the app close down. When opening the app again the long document was gone. Can't find it. 
Has this happened to anybody else?

Is there anything I can do?

    Hi JanJonsson,

     

    Sorry to hear about that. If the file wasn't saved earlier you may not be able to recover it.

    Also, it is not a good practice to scan huge document in one go.  I would recommend to scan 50 pages, then save the file first and add more pages to existing file. 
    If you have saved the file earlier, you may look for the file at: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ by logging-in with your Adobe ID and password.
