Scanned files lost

Hi,

I seem to have lost all my previous scans in the iOS Adobe Scan app.

I have tried to sign out and sign back in: No previous scans.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled: No previous scans.

I have searched in the online version: No previous scans.

I have tried checking with other accounts: No previous scans.

 

I really need those scans, since some of them I hadn't saved them yet anywhere else.

    Hope you are doing well.  Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:

    1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
    2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web? 
    3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files? 
    4. When did the issue start, any details about any actions taken then?
    5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

     

    Please share the above answers so we can speed up the investigation process.

     

    Also, would you mind checking on the Adobe Cloud Storage portal if the files are available there or not: https://adobe.ly/4jsAM9q and going to the Scan folder.

    Hi,

     

    1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)? - Yes and problem didn't resolved.
    2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web?  - Scan iOS
    3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?  - I had ensured that the files are backedup, but still all the files are missing, which suggests that the issue originates from the Adobe Scan side. 
    4. When did the issue start, any details about any actions taken then? - I noticed it in 10.2024 and I had tried all the above mentioned, but still the problem is not resolved.
    5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version - I had noticed it when I change my mobile from Iphone SE to Iphone 15. iOS version - 18.4.1. Scan App current version - 25.05.20.
