Scanned PDF Automatically Shares With Other Email

When I share a link of a scanned doucument in the Adobe Scan App (through Gmail), the link is emailed but the scanned file is also shared with a different Adobe Account that I have (different email for the account).

So, the scanned file is viewable in both Adobe Accounts even though they are separate. I only want the file viewable in the account that i used to scan the doc.

I don't see where the two accounts are linked (they have different email addresses) and don't know why the scan would automatically be shared with the 2nd account.
