scanning curved surfaces

Does anyone have a technique for scanning pages of a book that will not lay flat? (Or do you know of another scanning app that can handle this situation better?)

Sorry for the delay in response.

Currently, there is no option to scan the document with the curved surfaces in Adobe Scan application.

However, you may fill a feature request for this over here Scan iOS Feature Request and Bug Report Form.
