scanning from Iphone

New to Adobe and have a project:   Seeking to scan multiple pages from an old baseball scorebook using my Iphone and then combine into a single pdf file.   the scorebook pages are a little irregular--9x12.   Can this be done using the Iphone, then saving (single pages I expect) and then later combined into a single pdf?

    @Bonestorm I 100% agree with @Bernd Alheit Adobe Scan is the way to go! Don't, and I repeat this again, DONT USE ANY OTHER PDF APP—unless, you want a virus/trojan stealing your important details form your phone.
