Scans Disappeared

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Adobe scan.  I bought a new iphone and only the new scans in my account taken after the new phone was purchased are available.  All other scans from the past several years are not available.

Hello Nicole,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

If you do not have an active subscription for Acrobat [either Premium or Pro], the scans are not saved after the free storage quota is filled on Cloud Storage.

 

You may check the cloud storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ if the scans are available.
