Scans have disappeared, and I need them back.

Hi! The problem is easy to describe. All of my scans have disappeared for no reason. It happened about a month ago, maybe a bit earlier, thought this was a connection bug, but now I see it is all gone and my cloud seems empty as well. Though I haven't made any manipulations with the files whatsoever. 

Any advice or help is much appreciated!
