Scans not loading in Adobe Scan app

New scans not loading from app.

Scan cloud unable to sync.

deleted and reinstalled app, fault persists - all past scans unable to load.

please help, urgent!


happens on both 5G and Wifi

have checked.. adobe acrobat online is unable to access. This might be the root cause

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Scan App and the OS you are using? To check the version, tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan

 

Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity?

 

Please login to Acrobat Online (adobe.ly/3M1Odyv) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
