scans not showing up in Document Cloud

I just scanned a bunch of receipts in Scan on my iPhone (Xs), but they are not showing up in Document Cloud. 

I have gone through all of my settings and can't find anything that would mean scans were not being saved there. 

I know I can just email them to myself, but that's adding a step that I shouldn't have to do. 

How can I get my scans to save in Document Cloud?
