Scans won't send via preferred email

Hi, I am trying to send a scan via my preferred email address yet the system automatically reverts to another business address as the sender. How can I stop this from happening please? The account is set up with the preferred email address.

    Hi @Julie31514802c2sw,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    When you click on the Email app and it opens, Adobe Scan cannot control how the external app will behave. The part where Adobe Scan has its rights is the trigger function to open the application.
