Screen freezing when I share scan to Xero

I have been using Adobe scan for about a year with no problem on my iPhone. In the last few days I have not been able to share the scan once saved. The screen freezes when I press save in the share function to another app (Xero) I have deleted the app from my phone several times and re-downloaded it, but I am still getting the same stop point. It scans, saves and goes through the process of sharing but freezes at the last stage.

    I have done nothing further to fix this issue, however have returned to trying to use the share function over airdropping to my computer and the problem seems to have resolved I am on iOS V 16.4.1(a) - the problem started not long after I upgraded to this version. Maybe there were a few glitches that took a bit of time to straighten out inside the system?

    the version of Adobe scan is 23.05.16

    Hi @Frances29745576f3le @DARIEN29876122fidk @Jamie29797504w9p5,

     

    We checked with the issue, and this is something to do from Xero's end, not Adobe Scan's.

     

    We are working with them to get this fixed.

     

    I will update the thread here once I have further updates.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Adobe Scan (go to Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

    2. The iOS version you are on;

    3. A screen recording of the situation happening.

    Yes I'm having the exact same problem! It's driving me mad! Using app version 23.04.20 and IOS 16.4.1. Scans as normal but when you go to upload to Xero it freezes and you have to force close the app. I'm having to airdrop them instead which is not ideal. Screen recording attached.

      Similar issue.  When I try to share or save to google drive the adobe scan app freezes. Files do not upload to google drive.

      app version 23.04.27-regular  android 12
