hola buenas tardes se supone que me dieron gratis 7 días para lo de premium y resulta que me cobraron el mes completo y luego me indican que no hay rembolsos

@Sally HR besides what @Jeffrey_A_Wright wrote, if you downloaded Adobe Scan on your mobile device, the payment and billing are handled by the app store, not the app's developer (Adobe). Adobe cannot directly process the refund or cancellation for purchases made through a third-party store like Apple or Google. Go find the subscription or charge, or purchase and click "Request a refund"
