Is there a way in Adobe Scan on Android to search the contents across all scanned documents? The search on the home page only seems to search the file names. As far as I can tell, to search the contents of a document, I have to open the document first. This doesn't help if I don't know which document contains the text I'm looking for.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.
We cannot search text/content in all PDFs at once. You can search text in PDFs individually using Adobe Scan. However, you can use acrobat on PC to achieve the customized search in multiple PDF's.
