Sending by email doesn't work

Dear friends,

Scanning and all the features  is OK, but Sending by email doesn't work 

After pushing button "Send by email or Send link by email" I am connecting to email app, but after sending email nothing happened. 

This "sending" email is missing at the Sent emails foldet

could you please help me?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan's share feature.

 

Can you confirm if you see the Email app open after you click Send by Email, or are you using the Adobe Scan app directly?

 

If directly from Adobe Scan, you will not see the file in your Gmail app's sent items as it is sent through your Adobe Account.

 

If you are redirected to the Gmail app and cannot see the email on the sent list, I suggest checking for any possible updates with the application on the store and then checking again if you can share successfully.

 

Please reply if this is not what you want, and we will troubleshoot further.
