Sent a scanned document dated June 26 2023 by emailing

I just now send a document I had scanned on June 26 2023 to my email address 

 

I does not show as received and does not show up in sent emails 

 

please advise

    Hi @Shiv36421474gutt,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

     

    Are you using any third-party app to share the file?

    If yes, would you mind logging out of the email app-> update the app-> re-login and then try?

     

    Adobe Scan does not have any control over the sharing the process. The only part, where it has control is till the share option. 

    Once you click on an app icon, the file is forwarded to your device's OS and then the rest of the process follows.

     

    Hope this clarifies your question.
