Share a Copy via Email

Post update when I click SHARE A COPY, the option to use the GMail app is missing. It is not available as an alternative to add to my actions. I have no way of emailing this directly from the app as I have been doing for years.

 

Does anyone have a solution?

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

Thank you, I had restarted the app multiple times including an unistall but rebooting the entire device was the key.
