Share a Copy wont let me enter email address

Howdy,

when trying to "share a copy" of a scanned PDF, after I select email/outlook and try to enter an email address in the "to" field, the window always closes and I have to select "email" and do this again and again until it finally works after 5-10 attempts

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with sharing files from Adobe Scan.

 

I tried following the workflow, and it worked fine for me.

 

Can you please share a few more details for further investigation:

1. The app version number of Adobe Scan you use (go to Home > Profile > Adobe Adobe Scan);;

2. A screen recording of the entire event for better understanding.

 

For the best experience, please ensure there are no pending updates for the Email/Outlook application from your Play Store or App Store.

See attached. My steps are Share/Share A Copy/Outlook then I'm just trying to type my email address.  It exits after I type the letter "a."   It does this 5-10 times then suddenly it works

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

Thanks for sharing the video recording. Also , please share the version of the Acrobat App and the OS you are using? Tap on profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once and check if that helps.
