Share a file and save to files

Question

I use this app in my classroom a lot and am having trouble with compatibility of screens between my note 9 and other devices. Here's my order...

1. Create file

2. Share

3. Share a copy

My phone's next screen is all apps, but the other screens are 2 rows of apps followed by a black space with about 4 choices

1. Markup

2. Email

3. Save to...

4. Save to files

Am I able to change my all apps screen to look like theirs?
