Shared documents not being delivered

I am having issues getting my scanned doements delivered nor can I see them when I go into the computer. I can see them on my mobile app

Would you mind checking if the files are present here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder?

 

If yes, you should check if you are logged in with the same Adobe ID on your computer.

Are you sure that you saved them to the Document Cloud and not locally on your device?
