Question

Signed up for subscribe but app does not recognize it- restarted app, did restore, profile show I am subscribed but can’t save docs or PDF etc

Scanned 7 docs but app says only can do 5 without subscribing. I subscribed but app functions like I did not. I logged out and signed in, shut down phone and even did a restore in profile. Profile shows I subscribed but will not function once i rescan docs

    Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are going through this after purchasing a subscription.

    Since your profile shows an active Adobe Scan Plus subscription but the app still behaves as a free account, this is most likely a disconnect between your Apple App Store purchase and the Adobe Scan app recognizing it on your device. This is a known iOS in-app purchase sync issue.

     

    Please try the following:

    • Open the Adobe Scan app and go to Profile > Manage Subscription.

    • Tap Restore Purchases and allow the process to complete fully before scanning again.

    If that does not resolve it, please check the following:

    • Go to iOS Settings > Your Apple ID > Subscriptions, and confirm that the Adobe Scan Plus subscription shows as active. If it shows active in Apple but not in the app, this confirms the issue is on the Apple purchase sync side rather than your Adobe account.

     

    Please also share the following so we can investigate further:

    Your Adobe Scan app version under Profile > About Adobe Scan, your iOS version, and a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to scan beyond the limit.
