Why is upload speed so slow for documents even when the net speed is high?

The upload speed depends on the internet bandwidth, fluctuations, and whether a VPN is connected, among other factors.

Would you mind trying the same on the web portal (https://adobe.ly/49jPP1W) and checking if the issue persists there?
