Hola, por favor solicito un reembolso de una suscripción de Adobe scan. Yo no necesito aquella aplicación, solo quería probarlo pero ya me debitaron y busque en la página de Adobe un asistente en línea y dicen que están ocupados por eso estoy aquí. Puse una queja en Google play pero me manifiestan que debo comunicarme con ustedes. Ayúdeme con el reembolso ya que no he usado este servicio.

Solicito el reembolso de una suscripción de Adobe Scan que se cobró sin mi autorización. Solo quería probar la aplicación, pero ya se realizó el débito.

Intenté resolverlo directamente con Adobe a través de su asistente en línea, pero indicaban estar ocupados. También presenté una queja en Google Play, donde me informaron que debo contactarlos a ustedes.

**Por favor, ayúdenme con el reembolso**, ya que no he utilizado el servicio premium. Agradecería su pronta gestión.

Hola, no como compré por error el software de adobe scan y quiero que me cancelen la suscripción y me reembolsen la totalidad del dinero. Ayuda por favor..es mucho dinero. Gracias

@moises_777 When you purchased Adobe Scan through the Google Play Store, even though it's our app, the transaction and the management of your subscription or account became linked with your Google ID and Google's billing system.


Think of it like this: Adobe creates the tools, but Google Play acts as the storefront and handles all the sales, billing, and customer accounts for anything purchased directly through their Google Play Store. Because Google manages those transactions and accounts on their platform, Adobe, doesn't have direct access to your Google account, your payment information, or the ability to initiate refunds or delete accounts that were set up through Google Play Store system. It's a security and privacy measure put in place by Google to protect their users.

Therefore, for any issues related to billing, subscriptions, or account deletion for Adobe Scan that you acquired via the Google Play Store, you'll need to reach out to Google Support directly. They are the only ones who have access to your purchase history and account details on their platform. We wish we could help you directly with this, but Adobe's systems simply don't have the necessary permissions within Google's ecosystem.
