Something wrong happened with my acrobat , I wasn’t expecting that

Could you please share more details about the issue? From the screenshot it seems like you are using the Adobe Scan mobile app and scanning a hand-written file, and the auto-selection/auto-crop option is not working? Is that correct? Is it an Android device or an iOS? What's the current version of the app installed?
