soucis suite mise à jour : erreur inattendu

Question

Suite à une mise à jour, je ne peux plus scanner mes livres. En effet cela me met "erreur inattendue" et j'ai un écran noir à la place de l'image de mon livre m'empêchant de prendre les scans. L'application se met à jour automatiquement seule, je ne peux donc pas faire d'autres mises à jour. J'ai essayé de désinstaller et de réinstaller l'application, toujours le même soucis. Je n'ai pas trouvé un quelconque cache à vider (j'ai un ipad)

This error occurs if the mobile device runs out of disk storage. Could you check the iPhone Settings -> General -> iPhone Storage and see if it's almost maxed out? If this is the case try to cleanup the disk storage and then try again and check if that works.

Additionally, please go to https://adobe.ly/4dcS8oW and check on the bottom left if you have space for the files to be uploaded to the cloud.

If it still doesn't work, could you share the version of the Adobe Scan app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan.

Also, share a small video recording of your steps and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
