Start up page and scan issues on Adobe Scan

I am an iPhone X user:

1. When I press the camera or picture icon, only after 3 or more attempts will it open. Very frustrating especially when you need to do something quickly

2. After scanning a page, the app sometimes crashes or the scan is nowhere to be found
