Stuck on Welcome Screen

Hi all, 

I have used Adobe Scan for a while now and recently switched phones. After downloading the Adobe scan app, upon opening it, it gets stuck on the welcome screen without giving me the option to sign in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Does anyone know why this is happening? I need to use this app for work! 

I have a Samsung galaxy note 10+.

Any help would be appreciated.
