Subscription cancelled but money deducted

I took the trial for adobe scan. Found out that it is not working for me. As it was not changing my scanned documents to word format properly. There were errors on changing them to word so canceled it three days before the trial expired. But still due to bank mandate money has been deducted from my bank account. And the subscription is getting expired on 22 June when trial ends. 
so the money has been deducted for the month, even on cancelling and the trail stands cancelled  and  I am not even getting premium features for the month. 
I am not able to understand to whom should I complain? Apple, my bank so adobe?

Since Scan Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.
