I had purchased the premium subscription and it keeps popping up with an error after what seemed like the purchase took. I really need to be able to use this asap. How do I fix this?

I see that you are using the Apple mask ID on this community, Please try to logout and login with the Email ID you may have used to purchase the Subscription and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
