Subscription issue

I have a subscription but now to use scan it's asking for another "premium" subscription.

It says I don't have one but it got payment in February.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have the Creative Cloud all apps plan active.

 

What happens when you try to use the Adobe Scan App, do you get any error message? Please share the screenshot of the same, also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

 

Also, please try logging out of the Adobe Scan App, rebooting the device, and re-logging in with the same Adobe ID to see if that helps.
