Subscription won’t activate

I have subscribed and the activation will not complete. Doesn't matter how long I wait. Very annoying

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the scenario you experienced? 

 

Please try the below steps: 

1. Go to your device's settings;

2. Click on Wi-Fi;

3. Disable/ enable as per the current position.

 

Then check on cellular if you can activate it.
