Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.

As per the description above, I understand that you want to change camera settings on the Adobe Scan application. Since this is something not currently available within the application, you can share the feature request from the below form which would be shared directly to the product team for them to see into it and try to implement in the upcoming updates.
