What we can confirm is that the list of in-app purchases shown on the App Store listing (second screenshot) often includes several historical or regional prices for the same subscription, not just the currently active offer. The price shown directly in the app's upgrade screen (first screenshot), 10.99 €/month for Premium, is the one that reflects the active offer at the time you're viewing the app.

To be sure of the exact rate you'd be charged before subscribing, we'd recommend:

• Checking whether an annual Premium plan is offered directly within the upgrade screen (by scrolling or switching tabs), rather than relying on the App Store listing.

• Checking your Apple account's Subscriptions page (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) once the purchase is made, to confirm the exact amount and billing frequency.
